Regulation 19 list of sites

The Sevenoaks District Council Draft Local Plan list of sites has been published under the Regulation 19 public consultation which will run from 23rd July until 17th September 2026. The Regulation 19 consultation will be discussed by SDC at the Development and Infrastructure Advisory Committee on 30th June and the Cabinet on 7th July, before being subject to consultation. The sites included in the Chiddingstone parish are:

Land to the rear of the Little Brown Jug, Chiddingstone Causeway: 31 dwellings
Land at Station Yard, Station Hill, Chiddingstone Causeway: 32 dwellings
Land at the Highways Depot, Chiddingstone Causeway: 8 dwellings.

The consultation will be available on SDC's website www.sevenoaks.gov.uk and there will be links from our own website www.chiddingstoneparish.gov.uk.
The Parish Council will consider its consultation submission in due course.
